Returns and Exchanges

  • If you wish to make an exchange, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • Only exchanges of products that are unused, unworn, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging intact will be accepted.

  • Shipping costs for both the return and the new product are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The customer must arrange their own return shipment. We can recommend courier services, but we do not assume responsibility for the return until we receive the product in optimal condition.

  • We do not reserve products for exchanges. If the desired product is no longer available, we will inform you via email.

Custom or Special Products

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns on custom, made-to-order, or special edition products.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice, change of mind, or purchases of stationery items, packaging, and personalized products.

  • Refunds will only be processed if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Processing Times for Returns

  • Once the return is received, our team may take up to 6 business days for ready-made products and 12 business days for custom products to process your case and send you a confirmation.

Special Sales and Discounts

  • All purchases made during promotional periods, discounts, or sales are final sales.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be allowed, unless explicitly stated.

  • Offers are valid only during their effective period and only for purchases made on our website.
