Shipping costs for both the return and the new product are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer must arrange their own return shipment. We can recommend courier services, but we do not assume responsibility for the return until we receive the product in optimal condition.

Custom or Special Products

We do not accept exchanges or returns on custom, made-to-order, or special edition products.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice, change of mind, or purchases of stationery items, packaging, and personalized products.

Processing Times for Returns

Once the return is received, our team may take up to 6 business days for ready-made products and 12 business days for custom products to process your case and send you a confirmation.
